Well, the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle show is upon us. It's a hit, even though there is no Krang. Krang was my favorite. You just can't beat a talking brain. Anyway, I was a Toys-R-Us with my mom, and what did I see but the new Ninja Turtle toys. Instantly, I pressured my mom into buying them for me. When I got home, I had seven new toys and my mom was $40 poorer. I enjoyed these toys so much that I decided to review them.
New features for these toys: They have soft rubber front shells, The weapons are more detaled, They have more articulation, and they come with more, cooler equipment. These toys can appeal to both kids and collectors.
First up, Leonardo. He was the unofficial leader of the group. He wore the blue mask, and he's an olive green. He weilds the twin katana blades, which are kinda cool, I guess. I remember his first toy. It looked like he was crying, or his eyes were melting off his face.
I always got the sence that Donatello was the second in command. I probably thought that the other two wernt up to the task. Don was the one who liked the tech side of things. He built all of the gadgets and vehicles the Turtles use. None of my friends had him as their favorite, maybe because he was black. Not on the cartoon, mind you, but on the toy. Brown is not a shade of green, people.
Michaelangelo was the funny one. He could make a joke out of any major death scene. He wears an orange mask, and is a forrest green color. His weapon of choice was the nunchaku. I wish there was more I could write about him.
Raphael was the hot headed one with the red mask. His weapon was the twin sais. He was very boring and one dimensional, hence the shortness of this article.
Synopsys: Writhing this article has given me new insight into why I don't write two articles in one day. there were other pictures, but I'm tired.
Results: 10/10: highly recomended
P.S. even though These toys are great and all, they still don't compare to my favorite Turtle of all
